  • He has facilitated many training programmes for various client organisations including Sterling Bank, The Federal Ministry of Defence, GTB, Enterprise Bank, Flour Mills of Nigeria, Dangote Group, Prime Atlantic, Ecobank, The Department of Petroleum Resources (DPR), ADIC Insurance, Food Concepts and Halogen Security Services
  • He is the lead facilitator of Team Building, Customer Impact, Train-the-Trainer and Personal Effectiveness Programmes
  • Kayode has led several Human Capital Development projects for clients ranging from competency assessment to human capital audit to HRM policy and process diagnostics.
  • He has also facilitated several workshops and speaks widely on people development, training and talent management including the workshop on “Talent Management and Retention for SMEs” at the 2013 Women of West Africa Entrepreneurship Conference (WOWE)
  • Kayode worked for over 6 years in a number of NGOs in the United Kingdom (principally at Centrepoint, Late Princess Diana’s favorite charity). He also worked as an independent consultant with a number of UK based companies prior to joining Management Transformation Limited and now setting up Tempo Potenza Limited
  • At Centrepoint, having a passion to help people change positively, Kayode honed his ability to communicate with and assess development needs of a most challenging client group (young adults). He designed support and development plans, engaged with the clients with a view of ensuring buy-in into the plans and implemented the plans which included facilitating training and group learning activities
  • Kayode holds a Law degree from the Obafemi Awolowo University Ife, is an ISEB certified Software Tester, PRINCE 2 certified project management professional and certified trainer by the Institute of Leadership Management (UK)
  • Kayode is also a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) by the Human Resource Certification Institute
